Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://starsdnaatlanta.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Stars DNA Atlanta reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Stars DNA Atlanta markets and arranges African Hair Braiding, Boho Braids, Box Braids, Cornrow Braids, Hair Extensions, Kids Hair Braiding, Knotless Braids, Senegalese Twist. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://starsdnaatlanta.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Stars DNA Atlanta or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. Stars DNA Atlanta reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
As-Is Basis. https://starsdnaatlanta.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Stars DNA Atlanta makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Stars DNA Atlanta arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Stars DNA Atlanta against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of GA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in GA.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
